A single gunshot shattered Dana's perfect life. Now she's starting over with a new life, new rules and an old flame to chase all her demons away. But Dana's demons have other ideas. They want her -- and her sisters -- at any cost.
I read this book on a recommendation from a family member, and I must say I enjoyed it. It has a bit of everything, wasn't sure exactly whether it was sci-fi or fantasy, I believe it's called urban fantasy, what ever it is a page turner. The writer has been able to draw the reader into the lives of a group of friends, making you care what happens, and all the while keeping the suspense up. I look forward to reading more from her!
Sisterhood delivers something different and unexpected in a way that will keep you wanting to turn the pages. An urban fantasy, with a touch of the paranormal and industrial espionage thrown into the mix, it will have you trying to figure out who the villains really are right up to the end.
Although I normally do not read sci-fi or paranormal, I thoroughly enjoyed this book. The characters were well developed and I found myself lost in the intrigue. Very engaging. I couldn't put the book down. I definitely would recommend this book. Cool cover as well.
